During this stage, infants are aware of the many fascinating sights and sounds all around. We provide these experiences with music, simple songs, moving objects, pictures; and most of all our voices, as they are held and snuggled. As infants begin to grow, they spend a lot of time babbling and cooing, which is their way of talking to you. During this time, we play games like, "This Little Piggy," "Pat-a-Cake," and "Peek-a-Boo." It is also a time where books are read to them and we narrate their daily routine.
